Vicente

Vicente grew up surrounded by woodworking. Raised in his family's workshop in the Philippines, he developed a lifelong respect for craftsmanship before going on to work internationally, including several years aboard luxury cruise ships where he specialized in fine furniture, interiors, and restoration.

His experience combines traditional Japanese woodworking techniques with modern furniture design, creating pieces known for their precision, strength, and timeless character.

Vicente believes every commission deserves patience, honesty, and uncompromising attention to detail.

Vladimir

Vladimir's journey into woodworking began after discovering that working with his hands was far more fulfilling than life behind a desk. Combining an artistic background in oil painting with a passion for precision engineering, he approaches every project with equal parts creativity and technical skill.

From bespoke kitchens to sculptural furniture, Vladimir enjoys solving complex challenges and refining every detail until it feels just right.

Workshop Apprentice & Business Developer

Egor

Egor brings together experience in aviation, technology, business, and woodworking. Drawn back to creating with his hands, he found woodworking to be the perfect balance of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and creativity.

Working alongside Vicente, he continues developing his skills while helping shape the future growth of Rooibaard through both the workshop and the business
